The story follows DI Chambers' hunt for a suspect who has fled London to the sunnier climes of Hong Kong. He needs to adapt quickly to his new surroundings, seconded to the Hong Kong Police Force he is assigned Dectective Lucy Li to assist him. They need to move fast as there's a maniac on the loose with an agenda for murder.
